Registration Information and Application
We
feature a variety of Hockey Camps, Skating Programs, dates and special
options. You can choose from any of these when you fill out the form
below.
Please
Read This Important Information Before Filling Out Your Application
We
accept payment by cheque or money order (payable to Victoria Hockey
School). Please contact our office to pay by VISA.
All
payments should be in Canadian Funds.
All
payments must be received within 15 days of registration.
We
do not accept deposits. All
camps must be paid in full to guarantee a players spot at camp.
A
fee of $25.00 will be processed for any NSF cheques.
No
refunds will be given after July 15th, 2008 except for compassionate
reasons.
VHS
will confirm your registration upon receiving full payment by mail,
e-mail and or phone.
