PROGRAM FAQ’s
How do I register for the Victoria Hockey School?
We have invested in a very secure on-line registration system. Once
you have created an account, you can pay for your camp in full, receive
confirmation, and print a receipt.
Does the full day camp
include lunch?
Do to allergies etc, VHS does not supply lunch. Students are asked to
bring a snack and lunch to camp.
My child has trouble
tying skates. Is there anyone to help
?
Yes, counsellors are available to help players dress, however, students are encouraged to
practice tying their own skates leading up to camp. VHS staff is
available for players who still require assistance.
Where can I get a full schedule for the camp?
Camp schedules are emailed 2 weeks prior to camp.
My child is really advanced for his/her age. Can he/she move up a group?
Players are initially grouped by age. After the first day at camp,
players may be moved up or down based on ability to ensure each
participant has a positive experience at camp.
What should my
child bring to camp?
Full minor hockey gear is required for on-ice sessions. In addition,
students should bring a lunch, gym strip, sun hat, and a water bottle.
No sandals are permitted at camp. Please wear running shoes.
